2. What Information We Collect

I Can Solve It! is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use our tools.

The following data may be collected automatically when you visit our site:

• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/region level), collected anonymously via Google Analytics.
• Ad interaction data — if you interact with advertisements shown on our site, our advertising partners (including Google AdSense) may collect data such as your IP address, browser type, and cookies to serve relevant ads. This is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Cookies — small text files stored on your device by your browser. These are used by our analytics and advertising partners. See Section 5 for more details.

We do not collect, store, or process the letters, words, or categories you enter into our tools. All tool computations happen in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers, except for custom Scattergories category requests which are sent to a server-side function solely to generate suggestions and are not stored.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used to:

• Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
• Display relevant advertisements to support the free operation of this service
• Diagnose technical issues

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

5. Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track anonymous usage statistics
• Advertising cookies — set by Google AdSense to serve personalised advertisements based on your browsing behaviour
• Session storage — we use your browser's sessionStorage to cache word lists locally for performance. This data never leaves your device.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the display of advertisements on this site.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held about you. Since we do not directly store personal data, most requests should be directed to our third-party service providers (Google, Anthropic, Netlify).
